Berlin-Gesundbrunnen (Station)
Bahnhof Berlin-Gesundbrunnen
Gesundbrunnen Station is one of Berlin's larger stations with intercity train services to the Baltic coast and via the Berlin-Hauptbahnhof to southerly destinations such as Dresden, Leipzig and beyond. It is the starting point / terminus for many long-distance services which run through the North-South railway tunnel. Regional express lines RE3 and RE5 also stop here. Gesundbrunnen is also where the North-South S-Bahn crosses the Ring line. It also has a station on U-Bahn line U8. FacilitiesDespite being a main intercity station, Gesundbrunnen has very few facilities. There are no left-luggage lockers and no toilets. There is a small kiosk-type shop ("DB Store") on the forecourt above the tracks which does sell tickets, although don't expect competent advice. The neighbouring Gesundbrunnen-Center has a full range of shops and stores. Fare zoneGesundbrunnen station is in VBB fare zone A.
