Thailand Embassy

Botschaft des Königreichs Thailand

Thai Embassy, Berlin The Royal Thai Embassy in Berlin is located in the Lepsiusstraße in Steglitz, well away from the city centre.

The embassy consists of two buildings: the Ambassador's residence, a villa built in 1891/1892 which is set back from the road and which was formerly the Thai Consulate in West Berlin; and a modern office building built in 1994/1995 by J.S.K. Architekten which fits in with the line of other buildings in the street. A large gap in the new building frames the older building, contrasting the two different achitectural styles.
