Fritz & Co

Located on one corner of Wittenbergplatz (the same side as KaDeWe but down the other end), snack bar Fritz & Co is a good place to start (or end) a walking tour of the gay establishments in Schöneberg. It's marketed as Berlin's first gay Imbiss, though apart from the rainbow flag markings there's not much to tell it apart from any other Berlin Imbiss. The food on offer is made from organic ingredients though, which means the chips, Currywurst etc. are a step above the typical Berlin "greasy spoon" snack joint.

Straight chips and sausage of all kinds can be had at the other three snack stands on Wittenbergplatz.
