Streetlife Berlin

Streetlife Berlin By the end of August the Tiergarten will have gone a whole month or so without a major event: time for Streetlife Berlin, billed as "Germany’s biggest sport and music festival", and scheduled for the last weekend in August (26th / 27th August).

Combining the LG Action Sports World Tour and the OFFPOP!Music Day, attractions include the world's tallest championship half pipe in front of the Brandenburg Gate promising jumps and stunts which will rival the Gate's Quadriga in height, as well as twenty open-air dance stages placed along the Straße des 17. Juni where between 12 a.m. and 10 p.m., over 200 DJs will present dance, techno, breaks, electro and cross-over music. Seven of the stages will showcase music and tracks from Switzerland, Japan, Brazil, the Netherlands, Denmark, Croatia and Poland.

"Streetlife Berlin" will be located on the Straße des 17. Juni from the Platz des 18. März down to the Siegessäule. Entrance is free.
