Over the past couple of days temperatures have been around 25°C - lovely, almost summer-like weather, which is set to continue over the holiday weekend (Tuesday, May 1, is a public holiday, so many people will be taking Monday off too).

Spring is finally here - the sun is out, the trees are green and Berliners are exposing parts of their body you might not want to see. In fact over the weekend temperatures soared above 25°C - real summer weather. The warm spell is set to continue this week, but cooling off towards the weekend.

The city of Berlin has just launched a freely available Google Earth extension service enabling users to see many of the city's buildings in true three dimensional form.
