Ostkreuz (Station)

S-Bahnhof Ostkreuz

Ostkreuz Station in Berlin Ostkreuz is a major interchange station on Berlin's S-Bahn network, linking the Stadtbahn lines with the Ringbahn's eastern section. Literally meaning Eastcross, this is Berlin's busiest S-Bahn station. After decades of neglect, it is currently undergoing major rebuilding, meaning it is fast losing its charming but dilapidated character, with many sections of the station unchanged since the pre-war period.
